Each is judged solely on its own merits for originality, quality, content and adherence to conference themes. Receipt Acknowledgement; to receive acknowledgement of receipt, you must enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope or postcard with your submission.
Films selected for screening will be notified no later than January 31, 2013.
